Let me share some rough data for an online travel company, a big one (through a trusted source) :
Out of every 100 transactions :
70 are credit/debit card transactions.
30 are net banking.
Of the credit card transactions :
60-70% are VISA
Of the net banking transactions :
~30% are ICICI
~15-20% are HDFC
~15% are SBI
