1. Living in Madhapur
2. Selected PSK: Toli Chowki
3. While filling the form online select District = Cyberabad-1 and then police station as Madhapur
4. There is car parking available at the PSK, Rs. 30 per hour.
5. Documents required -
A. Both parents' passports (I am not sure if one parent's passport will work - ideally it should)
B. Old passport of the kid
D. One parent's address proof - I gave photo passbook by ICICI Bank (yes they give you that if you ask!!)
E. Take one XEROX of all documents and sign all of them.
That's it. It should work out smoothly with these things. Aadhar not mandatory here.
Edit 1: I got it on 3rd Oct evening(applied on 28 Sep) - so 3 working days in total - quite fast.
Edit 2: I also got the passport cover ( I had paid 600/- for it at PSK) - it's useless. You can get much better and cheaper ones online. So, don't opt for passport cover at PSK - no use.
