Setting Free Download Manager as your default Download handler in FireFox

How to set up Free Download Manager as your default Download handler/manager/application
in firefox :
Go to :
Options -> Download Options -> Monitoring

Under the title Monitor, select the checkbox in front of Firefox.
That's it.
