Here is how not to run the Passport Services of a country.
For whole of Karnataka, if one wants to take an appointment
to visit the passport Seva Kendra, one has to do it online.
Appointment system starts at 6:00PM in the evening,
and as anything government, breaks down instantly.
I have no idea how to go about it as nothing can be done offline.
It HAS TO BE done online.

really sucks. The process as well. My daughter is 1 year old and she requires to go through criminal back ground check by Police.
It sucks! I have been trying to apply for a fresh passport and it always throws me a message stating "There are no slots available". Perfect example for the impotent central government. TCS, you are useful for nothing.
